Reminder from AEB: Support of software provider Seagull Scientific for Bartender version 10.1 will end on November 9, 2019. Switch now.

As already announced in November 2017, official support of label software provider Seagull for Bartender version 10.1 will end on November 9, 2019.

For several years already, AEB has worked successfully with the now established follow-up solution Carrier Connect for label printing without Bartender software. This is your alternative to the existing Bartender solution.

Carrier Connect is the cloud-based new solution for integrating your transport service providers (e.g. label printing, EDI, and loading list). It does not require Bartender software, includes services for routing data, service areas, service packages, current security standards, and label printing software licenses. You can freely select your transport service providers (according to the latest system description) and switch between them flexibly.

We will be happy to discuss with you about your options, advantages, and opportunities to switch to Carrier Connect now and will create an individual quotation for you.

If you do not want to take up the migration offer to the new Carrier Connect solution, we recommend to plan for a release change to the subsequent Bartender version 2016 by November 9, 2019.

With the release change, you ensure that you continue working with a solution that label software provider Seagull and AEB support.

In the current system requirements, AEB recommends the use of Bartender version 2016 for operating systems Windows 10 or Windows Server 2016 in connection with Seagull printer driver version 7.4.3.

AEB will provide you with a matching migration offer upon request. This migration will incur both licensing and service costs.

Please send us an e-mail to service(at) and let us know about which option – migration to Carrier Connect or Bartender release change. We will contact you to discuss the next steps with you.
